Agents and integrations can submit orders and table reservations to our public endpoint. Responses include a reference id on success.

Confirmation model
Bookings are requests, not instant confirmations. The API returns a reference id and status pending_confirmation. The restaurant owner confirms in the admin panel; guests with an email address receive notification.

Limits
Maximum 30 submissions per IP address per 15 minutes. Request body limit 10 KB. Include an empty botcheck field; do not populate honeypot fields. Opening hours 08:00–21:00 (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh).
